Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If there's a problem with your order, we're here to help.

Returns are only accepted if:

  • You receive a damaged item

  • An item is missing from your order

  • You received the wrong product

  • You received the wrong size or variant (if it was our mistake)

  • The product has a manufacturing defect

If any of the above apply, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order at silvoro925@gmail.com, with your order number and a opening video of the package received from Silvoro.

No Returns for Other Reasons

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong size or color ordered (unless we sent the wrong item)

  • Used, worn, or opened items that are no longer in sellable condition

  • Return requests made after 4 days of delivery

  • Missing proof of the issue (unboxing video)

Refunds

Once we receive your request and verify the issue, we will either:

  • Send a replacement item
    or

  • Issue a full refund to your original payment method
