1. What materials are used in Silvoro jewellery?

All of our jewellery is crafted from high-quality 925 sterling silver, ensuring both durability and a beautiful shine. Some designs may feature additional elements like semi-precious stones, pearls or enamel for added elegance and each product comes with a 925 stamp to ensure authenticity.

2. How do I care for my silver jewellery?
  • Store your jewellery in a dry, airtight box or cover after use.
  • Avoid exposure to perfumes, hairspray, or moisture.
  • Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth before storing.
  • Keep each piece separately to prevent scratches.
3. How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number on our shipping carrier’s website to track your order. If you have any questions about your order, feel free to contact us.

4. What is your return policy?

We would love to see you shine in our products, so we accept returns only under specific conditions — if you receive a damaged product, an incorrect item, or if something is missing from your order.

To process a return, a complete unboxing video of the package — captured from the moment of opening — is mandatory and must clearly show the issue.

Please note, returns cannot be accepted without an opening video or for reasons other than the ones mentioned above.
